This position works in direct partnership with customers and business partners to implement and maintain electronic data interchange technology enabled services between Unum's systems and other vendors.
The incumbent in this role has primary responsibility for developing and managing key /Ben Tech/HCM partner relationships with a focus on key /Ben Tech/HCM firms that will help drive growth.

2. Performing monthly audits on all accounts that have balances or credits due and partnering with policyholders, brokers, and field office Client Managers to ensure that issues are communicated and resolved.
3. Demonstrating a willingness to provide strong customer service – providing accurate information to customers, expressing appropriate empathy, and resolving customer issues.
4. Managing a caseload of referrals from both our customers and claims assessors to support employees in returning to the workplace.
5. Partnering with other departments to ensure the accuracy of invoices, correspond with clients to follow up on outstanding payments, and ensure appropriate payment application.
