Incident Response Service Manager

We are looking for a Incident Response Service Manager in Sale to lead the process for major incidents. This role requires strategic planning, stakeholder management, KPI tracking, and strong leadership qualities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and coordinate the response to major incidents, ensuring swift resolution and minimal service disruption.
* Communicate with stakeholders to align with business goals.
* Develop, maintain, and continuously enhance the major incident management process in alignment with ITIL best practices.
* Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for incident management.
* Conduct thorough post–incident reviews to identify root causes and implement appropriate corrective actions.
* Maintain high standards for cloud solutions.
Requirements:
* Proven experience leading IT teams.
* Experience in a Incident Response Service Manager role or similar position.
* Experience working within an ITIL certified environment.
* Strong communication skills for all audiences.
* Ability to adapt and solve problems in a dynamic environment.
