The main purpose of this post is to lead on the development, promotion, organisation, delivery, and management of a robust Volunteer Service for the Trust, ensuring that volunteers are effectively recruited, trained, and deployed in and efficient and cost-effective way. This Will Be Achieved By Ensuring that volunteers are effectively recruited, trained to full compliance, and deployed effectively. Acting as the nominated line manager for all volunteers. Identify opportunities for voluntary services to add significant value in meeting Trust priorities. Working with Trust staff to translate volunteering opportunities into successful outputs and outcomes. Leading on partnership working to develop collaborative working with external partners. Create volunteer roles, that can aid the overall experience for stakeholders and build on continuous improvement.
