Already award-winning they are looking to bring in ground floor leadership to lead the growth potential for the business As such, they seek an accomplished Senior Pensions Administration Services Manager, with deep operational ability in DB / Defined Benefit Pensions Administration, to lead their Third Party Administration partners service delivery and set the bar for governance, service and controls for excellence in Member-First Pensions management. Key Responsibilities Trustee Relationship Develop and nurture strong relationships with the Trustee, acting as primary point of contact for all pension administration matters Understand the trustee and their needs, anticipate requirements and drive tailored solutions to meet their specific goals and objectives. Pension Scheme Administration Oversee the delivery of Third Paty Administration and servicing of pension schemes Provide accurate and timely processing of pension related transactions, calculations, and documentation. Conduct periodic reviews of TPA’s system and processes Collaborate and strategise with internal teams to address client queries, resolve complex issues and deliver guidance on pension legislation. Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy, compliance, and ensure delivery of service level agreements. Business Development Identify opportunities of growth within TPA market, presenting innovative solutions and services to enhance the Trustee’s satisfaction. collaborate with sales teams to prepare proposals, presentations, contract renewals, showcasing the value proposition and competitive advantages of our pension administration services. Key Requirements Industry Knowledge In depth understanding of DB Pensions Administration and Operations and how TPA’s operate Experience in vendor assessment and alignment of services Skilled in interpreting disclosure markets and operational requirements Member-Focused Approach A member-first mentality to ensure alignment with business ethos Ability to improve member communication and engagement strategies Understanding of how to survey and assess member satisfaction Governance and Regulatory Compliance Strong background in governance, working under regulator supervision.
