About the role
We are looking to recruit an experienced and passionate Manufacturing Industry 4.0 Solutions Architect to help us deliver this journey. The successful candidate will play a leading role in aiding and redefining solutions in the Operations function utilizing Industry 4.0 technologies to enable and underpin the objectives set concerning. The key initiatives to be delivered are;
* Operational Excellence,
* Material Optimisation
* Technical Excellence
* HSSER
As the Manufacturing Industry 4.0 Solutions Architect you will be directly responsible for generating IT solution roadmaps for the Operations function, in conjunction with Divisional business teams, the Head of Solution Architecture, the Industrial Control Director and IT Business Partners. You will also use your experience to define technical solutions and associated delivery projects, supporting the priorities of the business relating to Manufacturing technologies.
You will be the subject matter expert and the go internal consultant during design, build and implementation of IT Manufacturing Industry 4.0 solutions.
You will be confident leader with excellent communication skills, you will have the ability to not only manage your own team but have the ability to challenge senior stakeholders and third party suppliers. You will have an aptitude for translating complex, technical subjects into clear, business-oriented language and will also be able to work across diverse organisations building consensus and ensuring alignment behind identified solution designs.
About you
* Deep understanding of Solutions Architecture within the manufacturing area and Industry 4.0 technologies
* Experience of designing and implementing of Industry 4.0 solutions and technologies
* Breadth of knowledge of IT: Applications and Infrastructure
* Demonstrated capability in leading IT transformational solution architecting initiatives in complex and dynamic environments.
* Strong experience in multi-site, multi-country manufacturing environment
* Experience of delivering leadership responsibilities.
* Excellent stakeholder management experience, with experience of influencing senior management and key stakeholders effectively across the organization and within complex contexts.
* Excellent command of written/verbal business English; other European language(s) a plus.
