Job Summary An OUTSTANDING-rated primary school in Enfield is seeking a passionate and committed Teaching Assistant to join their team on a part-time basis starting January 2025. Monitor and document student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents as required. Ensure the classroom remains a safe and welcoming space, adhering to safeguarding policies. Collaborate with the wider school team to deliver targeted interventions and support programs. Qualifications and Skills Essential: Experience working with children in a primary school setting. A positive attitude and a genuine passion for education. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. Desirable: Relevant qualifications, such as a Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant certificate. Experience supporting children with special educational needs (SEN). Understanding of the primary curriculum.
