HUB Assistant
Location: Head Office Northamptonshire NN4 5EZ
Hours: 32 hours across 4 days - days to be discussed at interview however MUST include a Friday
***Flexibility to become a remote role after initial training***
PLEASE NOTE IN ORDER TO APPLY FOR THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED TO HAVE PROVEN EXPERIENCE USING EXACT SOE & DENTALLY
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Learn and understand how to use Power BI to its full potential to help identify risks and opportunities in the business around whitespace, FTAs, phone data
2. Liaise with your line manager with any findings
3. Have a clear understanding of how EXACT works by reading processes and procedures and also watching videos the Business Support team have produced.
4. Attending training sessions with the Business Support team to learn new skills
5. Weekly team meetings with HUB assistant manager
6. Every other week 121
7. Monthly team meetings with Business Support Team (remotely)
8. Adhering to tasks set out by the HUB assistant manger
9. Recording completed tasks in google sheets
10. Speaking to Practice teams to offer support

Personal specification:
12. Previous experience as a receptionist within a dental/medical setting
13. Organised and able to balance differing demands
14. Experience using EXACT SOE & DENTALLY
15. Excellent communication and leadership skills
