Commercial Electrician/Supervisor
We are an established company in Portsmouth experiencing sustainable growth due to our recent successes of both completing recent projects to the highest satisfaction of our clients and being awarded numerous exciting new contracts. We specialise in delivering high-quality electrical services across a range of complex and varied sites, including military installations, council buildings of historical significance, HMOs, warehouses, retail outlets and offices. We are looking for new members to add to our growing team of enthusiastic and experienced electricians that are currently enjoying the benefits of performance based rewards scheme, four exciting days out annually and breakfast Fridays.
In this role, you will be responsible for the organisation and management of site operations, ensuring that all paperwork and compliance issues are handled efficiently. You will also coordinate small teams (1-6 members), ensuring that tight deadlines are met without compromising on quality or safety.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of health and safety regulations and practices, especially in environments that are heavily monitored by external entities.
