We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Compliance team as a Compliance Administrator. This is a fantastic opportunity for a school leaver or recent graduate with a keen interest in compliance and the regulatory landscape of the insurance sector.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures.
* Monitor and review compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
* Maintain and update compliance records and documentation.
* Conduct research on regulatory changes and their potential impact on the business.
* Support the Compliance Manager in preparing reports and presentations for senior management.
* Participate in compliance training sessions and assist in the development of training materials.
* Provide general administrative support to the Compliance team.
Skills and Qualifications:
* A-Level or University Degree (preferably in Law, Business, Finance, or related fields).
* Strong interest in compliance, regulation, and the insurance industry.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proactive and eager to learn.
