The Role: Key Responsibilities
1. Project Planning & Delivery – Managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget
2. Stakeholder Management – Collaborating with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams
3. Contract Administration – Overseeing JCT, NEC & bespoke contracts, ensuring compliance and best practice
4. Risk & Value Management – Identifying risks and providing cost-effective, high-quality solutions
5. Programme Management – Developing and monitoring project timelines, ensuring successful execution
6. Procurement & Tendering – Managing contractor selection, tender processes, and procurement strategies
7. Financial Oversight – Monitoring budgets, cash flow, and cost control throughout the project lifecycle
8. Regulatory Compliance – Ensuring projects align with industry standards, policies, and best practices
What You Need
1. Degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or a related discipline
2. Professional membership with RICS, APM, CIOB (or working towards it)
3. Strong knowledge of JCT, NEC, and bespoke construction contracts
4. Experience using project management software and digital tools
5. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills
6. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
7. Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
