As a Lead Talent Partner, you’ll work closely with founders, leadership teams, and hiring managers to deliver tailored recruitment solutions. You will coach and educate our clients, conveying the importance of a joined-up talent and employer branding strategy. Who are The Resource Group? The Resource Group was established in 2019 as a business that wanted to disrupt the traditional, archaic methods found in the recruitment sector. We have built our own proprietary Applicant Tracking Software, Resource ATS, built specifically to assist startups and SME's streamline their recruitment. This software manages our clients recruitment and employer branding, allowing them to attract and retain talent as well as showcase their work cultures. Due to expansion, we are looking to hire a Lead Talent Partner. What is the job of a Lead Talent Partner? Collaborate with startups and SMEs to define hiring needs, craft strategies, and streamline recruitment processes. Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, becoming an integral part of their success stories. Manage full-cycle recruitment, from job scoping to onboarding, ensuring an exceptional candidate and client experience. Advise on employer branding, DEI, and talent acquisition strategies to position clients as employers of choice. Mentor and lead junior talent partners, contributing to the growth of the embedded solutions team. What are we looking for in a Lead Talent Partner? Proven success in recruitment, ideally with experience in embedded / RPO models, or in-house recruitment Deep understanding of startup and SME environments, including the challenges and opportunities in talent acquisition. Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and innovative environment. A strategic mindset with hands-on execution skills.
