An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Building Surveyor to step into a leadership position within a well-established consultancy. This role offers full responsibility for the Building Surveying function, including team management, project delivery, and client development.
The position suits a commercially minded surveyor looking to take the lead on both professional and project work across the retail, industrial, and residential sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the Building Surveying team, supporting the development of junior and mid-level staff
Deliver a range of work including refurbishments, dilapidations, party wall matters, and technical due diligence
Take responsibility for project delivery and client management
Contribute to business development and strategic growth initiatives
Maintain high standards of technical quality and client service Requirements:
Senior or Associate-level Building Surveyor with leadership experience in a consultancy setting
Strong track record across both professional and project work
Confident in managing people and developing client relationships
Commercially focused, with a proactive approach to work and team development What’s on offer:
Basic salary between £60,000 – £80,000, depending on experience
15% bonus paid quarterly
