Description Overall responsibility for the regions sales, third party alliances, and customer satisfaction. Develops and implements a comprehensive strategy that maximizes Oracle's opportunities across all products and product lines. Manages and develops a team of sales representatives including recruiting, hiring, and training new reps on the Oracle sales process. Sells and promotes the sales of Oracle products to customers including negotiating price, other concessions and terms and conditions of the sale. Participates in strategic and tactical planning for the division. Builds working relationships with license, consulting and education field managers in the respective territory to develop joint account plans. Develops and execute a territory plan to maximize revenue. Generates and achieves monthly territory forecasts, and accurately predicts revenue on a monthly basis. Manages escalation. Conducts weekly progress meetings with sales team. Manages and controls activities in multi-functional areas or sections. Ensures appropriate operational planning is effectively executed to meet Corporate specifications. Minimum five or more years sales or sales management experience within technology industry. Ability to hire and train new sales representatives. Ability to resolve customer satisfaction issues. Demonstrated leadership skills. Effective written and verbal communication skills, ability to present to large and small audiences. Ability to negotiate price, other concessions and terms and conditions. Description We are looking for an inspiring people leader in sales (with experience both in direct and partner/channel sales) to lead a team of circa. 6-8 Mid-Market Install Base Representatives and Partner Sales Managers. The ERPM Sales Manager’s primary responsibilities will be to implement our new Mid-Market partner sales focused go-to-market strategy, while at the same time delivering expected levels of revenue performance and ensuring customers’ success. In addition, the ERPM Sales Manager must lead, drive and inspire the change management necessary for the team to be successful in the new go-to-market setup. What You’ll Do Lead a newly integrated team of Mid-Market Install Base Representatives (direct sales) and Partner Sales Managers (partner-led sales) across theu UKIE market Support and enable your team to successfully transition into a new go-to-market setup by leading by example through the change journey Enable your team to achieve / exceed revenue objectives Build and maintain executive relationships with C-levels of top customers and external partners Actively participate in key deals, strategy, and execution to ensure success of your customers and your partners Proactively identify new potential partners for the Oracle Mid-Market partner ecosystem and work with partner recruiting to win them over Define sales territories, set quotas. Manage team performance, including pipeline, account penetration, and activity levels Establish and maintain sales management processes, including forecast review; actively support corporate policies and initiatives.
