The Opportunity:
Product Manager - SmartLab Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to lead the SmartLab Manager application rollout across multiple customer sites in Europe in 2025 and beyond. This pivotal role will involve strategizing, coordinating, and executing the deployment of cutting-edge digital solutions that enhance laboratory productivity, digitalization, and sustainability.
The ideal candidate will serve as the bridge between cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and customers, ensuring seamless integration of SmartLab Manager while driving innovation and value for all users and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Roadmap Development:
Define the product roadmap for the SmartLab Manager application rollout for 2025 and beyond.
Align product strategy with customer goals for productivity, digitalization, and sustainability.
Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize features and deployment schedules.
Deployment Management:
Lead the implementation of SmartLab Manager at multiple customer sites, ensuring on-time delivery.
Oversee change management processes and provide support for end-user training.
Coordinate with IT, lab teams, and external vendors to resolve deployment challenges.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Act as the primary point of contact for customer stakeholders, addressing concerns and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
Work closely with operational teams to gather feedback, identify gaps, and refine product features.
Product Ownership:
Monitor product performance and adoption metrics to inform future improvements.
Manage the lifecycle of the application, including updates, enhancements, and integrations.
Foster continuous improvement through user feedback and data-driven insights.
Team Collaboration:
Partner with internal teams, including software developers, UX designers, and data analysts, to deliver exceptional product experiences.
Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
Experience:
5+ years in product management, project management, or a similar role, preferably in a lab, pharmaceutical, or digital solutions environment.
Proven experience leading large-scale application rollouts across multiple sites.
Familiarity with IoT, AI/ML, or other digital transformation tools is a plus.
Skills:
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Expertise in stakeholder management and change management.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
