What we're looking for: Proven experience in leading repairs or maintenance teams. A strong understanding of the importance of collaboration and partnership working to align services with the customer journey. The ability to switch between big-picture strategy and operational detail. Skills in using data and insight to make informed decisions that improve neighbourhoods and communities. Deep knowledge of housing regulations, building regulations, compliance, and health & safety. Experience of working within a regulatory landscape to ensure compliance and readiness for sector changes. You'll need to be adaptable, resilient, and a natural problem solver -someone who can build strong relationships both internally and externally to achieve the best results. A full UK driving licence and the ability to complete a Basic DBS check are required.
