We are looking for a Systems Support Manager to join our growing team. Reporting to the Operations Director, this is a fantastic opportunity to support the business leaders with the purchase ledger activities for their clients. Working 32 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities
Support
1. Receiving, logging and prioritising issues from users (both internal and external)
2. Resolving problems through a ticketing system, by telephone or via Teams calls
3. Ensuring issues are dealt with efficiently, and requesting additional support where necessary
4. Liaising with Xledger Support to resolve issues, and log new bugs
5. Assistance with onboarding and implementation for outsourced clients
Management
1. Manage and support a team of support technicians
2. Troubleshoot and resolve high priority technical issues and urgent escalations
3. Keep up to date with the latest Xledger product updates, and test and communicate relevant changes to the internal team
4. Development and maintenance of user guidance, and how-to guides
