As a member of the team, you'll report to your team lead and work closely with the development team. You will be providing technical support to the business by resolving 1st, 2nd line requests that are reported and escalated through our IT Service Desk. This also includes supporting and triaging any 3rd line cloud and physical IT infrastructure requests, while have a close relationship with our managed infrastructure partner. With our push to the cloud, our Liverpool based office will only contain the minimum physical infrastructure required. Responsibilities:
* Providing IT Support to all colleagues in a timely and professional manner.
* Configuration and administration of Microsoft Active Directory and Mobile Device Management (MDM) via Microsoft Intune for Apple and Windows devices.
* Be a key part of the team responsible for the infrastructure and systems located in our Microsoft Azure environment, and overall, Azure subscriptions.
* Configuration wireless access points and DNS.
* Ensure that our production servers and systems are delivering the performance, stability and resilience required to minimise business downtime.
* Configuration and administration of endpoint security products such as Sophos Cloud Security.
* Fault diagnosis and rectification of Desktops, Notebooks, Servers, Printers and other peripheral devices.
* Technical duties relating to our ISO 27001 accreditation including proactive monitoring, forecasting and technical compliance.
* Ensure all assets are recorded accurately within the company IT Asset Register.
* Ensure all workstations and peripheral devices are configured in accordance with business polices always adhering to our ISO 27001 standards.
At least 2 years' experience supporting end users and administering general office IT infrastructure.
* Experience with the Microsoft Stack, i.e. Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365
* Excellent troubleshooting and stakeholder management.
* A passion for learning and self-development.
Desirable:
* Experience and passion to improve process and customer experience.
* Experience managing physical, virtual and cloud infrastructure.
