The Role
Supporting a team of solicitors, you will have strong legal secretarial experience. While prior knowledge of civil or dispute resolution law is beneficial, it’s not essential – what matters is your ability to provide high-quality administrative and secretarial support.
Key Responsibilities
* Audio and copy typing – preparing legal documents, correspondence and reports
* Diary management – coordinating meetings, court dates and appointments
* Client liaison – handling calls, emails and correspondence professionally
* Administrative support – maintaining case files, document preparation and general office duties
About You
* Proven experience as a Legal Secretary within a law firm
* Excellent typing and document production skills
* Strong organisational abilities with attention to detail
* Professional and confident when dealing with clients and colleagues
