The Role includes
5. Assisting in the preparation of hot and cold food items
6. Serving of food including taking cash and undertaking basic administration
7. Assisting with the clear down and closure of the unit at the end of each shift
8. Assist with Special Events, Buffets and Conferences as required
Ideal Candidates will have the following
9. Enhanced DBS
10. Previous experience in a similar catering / food service role
11. Previous cash handling experience
12. Food Safety Qualification or the desire to undertake this qualification
13. Excellent communication skills
14. Ability to work in a fast paced and sometimes challenging environment
15. Excellent organisational skills
16. Good team player as well as ability to work on own initiative
17. Driver
18. Take pride in your work
