We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team in various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong clerical skills, proficiency in data entry, and a solid understanding of office software. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing excellent support to our staff and clients.
Responsibilities
* Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
* Manage administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
* Maintain organised records and files for easy retrieval.
* Handle incoming phone calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette.
* Prepare reports and presentations as needed.
* Support the team with various clerical tasks to ensure operational efficiency.
* Deal with account administration including - invoices, taking payments from customers and purchase ledgers.
Requirements
* Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred.
* Proficiency in data entry with a high level of accuracy.
* Strong computer skills with experience in Microsoft Office.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
* Good communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with colleagues and clients.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
