About the Role:
The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy across multiple platforms. This role involves creating high-quality content, leveraging insights to optimise performance, and driving innovation to engage diverse audiences, especially Gen Z.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement a results-driven social media and content marketing strategy.
* Create, curate, and oversee compelling visual and video content using tools like Photoshop and Adobe Premiere Pro.
* Manage and optimise campaigns on platforms such as TikTok and Instagram, including paid advertising strategies.
* Analyse social media metrics to provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
* Foster influencer partnerships and innovative campaigns to enhance audience engagement.
* Lead and mentor a support team to ensure content and strategy alignment.
* Collaborate with internal teams to maintain brand consistency across all digital channels.
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience: 2-3 years in a Social Media Manager role, with a proven track record managing accounts for leading/global brands.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency with tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and AI-driven content creation tools.
* Platform Expertise: In-depth knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, and other key social platforms, including paid advertising.
* Creative Vision: Ability to craft innovative campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences.
* Leadership: Strong team management skills to inspire and guide a creative team.
* Analytical Proficiency: Ability to translate data into actionable insights.
