In the Administration / First Aid role, you will be: Assisting with general administration, including data entry, finance admin, and document management Administering first aid as needed, maintaining accurate medical records Update and maintain medical notes on the SIMS database Communicate with the public and staff regarding medical incidents and wellbeing Answering calls, direct visitors, and relay messages To be successful in the Administration / First Aid Support role, you will need: Previous administration and office experience First Aid trained / qualified Strong organisational and admin skills with attention to detail Experience using ICT systems (SIMS knowledge is a bonus) A calm and professional approach to handling medical situations Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to maintain confidentiality and work effectively as part of a team This is a temporary ongoing vacancy to cover absence. You’ll be working: - Full-time: 26 March – 9 April 2025 - Part-time: 2 days per week (Monday & Friday) from 28 April 2025 onwards You’ll be working in offices in Colwyn Bay and on an hourly rate of £12.65 per hour benefits including weekly pay, holiday pay and Conwy Ffit corporate discount.
