Summary We’re looking for a proactive, highly organised and tech-savvy Executive Coordinator to join a growing automotive manufacturing customer of ours. Covering European operations, you will be acting as a strategic partner to the group CEO and executive leadership team, ensuring smooth operation, supporting strategic initiatives, and driving organisational efficiency. The role is based out of Warwick (UK) but offers a huge degree of flexibility in the working arrangement – with only occasional travel to the Warwick office required. As Executive Coordinator, you will: Provide high-level support to the CEO and executive leadership, including calendar management, travel arrangements, expense reporting, and communications. Manage key meetings: schedule and coordinate, prepare agendas, take minutes, and ensure follow-ups. Organise and maintain executive documentation and filing systems, producing professional reports, presentations, and organisational charts. Oversee strategic projects and initiatives, monitoring progress and facilitating timely delivery. Introduce and support technology and tools that enhance executive productivity, and provide guidance on new systems. This is essential Essential Skills and Experience A minimum of 5 years’ experience in an Executive Assistant or Senior Coordination role. Proven ability to manage executive-level priorities in a fast-paced, complex environment. Strong understanding of business operations, governance, and strategic planning. Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Co-Pilot, SharePoint, MS OneNote, MS Power BI, Docusign, and Power Automate. (Key attribute). Confident with productivity tools, such as CRM and project management software. Exceptional communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Outstanding organisational abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work independently, maintain discretion, and anticipate needs. Fluent in spoken and written English. Willingness to travel occasionally and work flexible hours when required. Desirable Qualifications and Knowledge Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management or similar. Knowledge of GDPR requirements. Familiarity with OGSM methodology. Dutch language skills are a bonus
