Reporting to the Head of Workforce Operations and regularly reporting progress to the Director of Core Operations, this role sits within our Central Operations function and will work closely with IT, Finance, and external partners to build and implement this new system, a truly cross functional piece of work About the role This role will lead the end-to-end delivery of the project, will manage the overall project, collaborating with both IT and 3rd Party Project Managers and will be responsible for the successful landing of the new Contact Centre as a Service (CCaaS) solution on time, as per scope and within budget. Be accountable for the successful delivery of multiple workstreams across the project, ensuring that appropriate governance and controls are in place. As needed for large or complex initiatives, take responsibility for initiative delivery involving multiple teams, ensuring effective collaboration and development from start to finish. Provide clear and concise updates to senior stakeholders and executives as required for regular status reporting and ad-hoc decision support. Apply best practices in programme and project management for quality project delivery & lead continuous improvement of processes. Coordinate with other project/programme managers to ensure alignment and collaboration. Collaborate with senior leadership team to align priorities, project objectives with overall business goals. Be confident leading and chairing workshops with multiple senior, technical, product and business stakeholders and owning communication of the outputs (actions and key points). Be comfortable working in a busy environment and able to prioritise where conflicting calls on your time exist. What you’ll need to have Proven experience in successfully delivering technical programmes or similar roles, spanning multiple years of managing multiple technical projects within a fast-paced industry Experience in developing, leading, coaching, and inspiring teams of Project Managers and Senior Project Managers Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, and/or Waterfall The ability to think strategically, pragmatically, and positively about product, technical and cross-functional challenges collaborating with multiple internal and external stakeholders for the benefit of our customers.
