A large group ofpanies that design, manufacture and wholesale distribute a wide range of products in the UK and Ireland and other export markets. Due to the continued growth and expansion of the Group, thispany is looking for an experienced Project Manager.
Your new role
As the Group Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning and managing direct Group projects and initiatives for the business while ensuring these projects are delivered on time, on budget, and within scope in order to bring about greater efficiencies across all areas of the business. The successful candidate will primarily be focused on project managing logistics & supply chain projects, but this could extend to other areas of the business in time. The role will report to the Group Business Analyst.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Drive business improvement projects, identifying opportunities, whilst navigating obstacles in a positive mindset.
2. Support and drive thepany vision, culture and values in all project groups.
3. Manage all aspects of assigned projects.
4. Manage and mitigate all risks associated with assigned projects.
5. Develop schedules, timelines and milestones for all projects assigned by the business to ensure that project deadlines are met.
6. Foster a culture of open & positivemunication channels with all stakeholders and our wider businessmunity as appropriate.
7. Have a structured and solution-based approach to achieve positive oues to an obstacle.
8. Positively influence and drive business change.

What you'll need to succeed
10. 3-5 years’ experience in a similar Project Management role.
11. Passion for continuous Professional Development.
12. Strongmunication, emotional intelligence, troubleshooting, and multitasking skills.
13. Experience in cross-functional collaboration.
14. 3rd level Qualification in Project Management or related discipline.
15. Experience in managing key stakeholder relationships.
16. Proven track record in project management.
17. Requirement to travel and have a full valid driver’s licence.
