As a Research Manager, you’ll:
1. Lead projects: Design research approaches, write engaging proposals, and deliver inspiring debriefs.
2. Analysis and insight: Design questionnaires and conduct data analysis.
3. Collaborate strategically: Work closely with senior mentors to shape insights into powerful recommendations.
4. Contribute creatively: Be part of a team that values fresh perspectives and bold ideas.
The ideal candidate will have:
1. 3+ years’ experience in research in an agency or on the client side.
2. Strong experience in delivering quantitative research projects from end to end.
3. The ability to think strategically and produce insightful stories.
