Job Description Bodyshop Administrator Our client are a growing car body repair centre based in Leicester. Due to continued growth and success they currently have a vacancy for a Bodyshop Administrator / Customer Service Advisor on a permanent and full time basis. Bodyshop Administrator Main duties: As a Bodyshop Administrator, you will provide a first-class service to customers, face to face or over the phone. Prepare accurate estimates using computerised estimating systems. You will have excellent communication, organisational and IT skills with a focus on detail. You will quickly identify the needs of the customer. Bodyshop Administrator Essential experience & skills: Previous e xperience working in administration or customer service within automotive industry. Have a good understanding of automotive sector and passion for cars. You will have the ability to work to tight timescales within a busy environment, creating long-lasting relationships with customers.
