The Role - Youth Worker
We are looking for an experienced Youth Worker to join a forward-thinking SEMH school supporting pupils with SEMH and Behaviour Difficulties. In this role, you will be working with pupils offering 1:1 support outside of the classroom. Due to the nature of the role, you must have strong behaviour management skills and be able to adapt to any situation. Team Teach training is desirable but not essential. To be a successful Youth Worker, you must be able to build a positive rapport with the pupils you are working with and be ready to hit the ground running.

This SEMH School is located in the borough of Bromley, catering for 90 pupils from the ages of 5-19 with SEMH and behavioural difficulties. The school is highly supportive of its learners to help them achieve their highest potential. It is well established in the local community and offers a wide-ranging curriculum to support its learners.
