Would you enjoy working as part of a team who deliver training programmes to both officers and staff within Hampshire and Isle of Wight Constabulary?
We are looking for someone to to work predominately with Policing Plus and will also oversee our Trainer Essentials programme, which ensures our trainers meet the standards laid down by the College of Policing. If you are highly organised individual and able to think innovatively this could be the perfect role for you. The successful candidate will be responsible for not only checking the quality of the training provided and the content of the training programme itself but also evaluating the effectiveness of the training within the workplace to ascertain whether the training is fit for purpose or requires adjustment.

Essential Qualifications
Educated to QCF Level 3
or equivalent work experience plusQCF Level 3qualification in Learning and Development or Management and QCF Level2 In English and Maths
Essential Experience
Proven experience within a Learning and Development or Leadership and Management role.
Proven experience within Schemes of at least one of Investigation, Intelligence, Leadership and Management, PCSO or Contact Management.
