Thorn Baker Industrial Recruitment are searching for a Sales Support Administrator to join our world-leading Chesterfield based Industrial client in their admin department!
Job responsibilities:
* Provide efficient service to internal and external personnel
* Control stock levels of customer items within limits agreed
* Operate systems clearly and efficiently, regularly monitoring to ensure order entry is in full compliance with both customer requirements and company policies
* Provide regular administrative support to Account Managers where necessary
Skills required:
* Communication and people development skills
* Developing relationships
* Review resources and adjust workload dependent on deadlines
* Focused understanding of customer care and after sales service.
* Fully competent in the use of Microsoft Office applications essential
Hours and pay:
* Monday – Thursday 9am-5pm (30 min unpaid break)
* Friday 9am-2pm
* £11.75-£12.25 per hour dependent on experience
