We have a fantastic opportunity as a Strategic Organisational Development Lead (OD Lead) in our People and Change Team. As a Strategic OD Lead, youll drive transformative cultural change, impacting colleagues and customers. Youll play a key role in supporting the director-level Change Board, ensuring effective prioritisation, resourcing, and delivery of the Everyday Better Change Programme. Key Responsibilities Senior Leadership : Contribute to organisational performance, financial oversight, and policy development. Culture & Leadership Development : Lead programmes that enhance engagement, inclusion, and accountability. Learning & Development : Implement a holistic approach to leadership and professional growth. Change Readiness & Engagement : Work with the Strategic Change Lead to build resilience and adaptability. Measurement & Continuous Improvement : Establish culture and leadership metrics to drive impact. Team Management : Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing change team. Place-Based Strategies : Support neighbourhood-focused strategies that align with community needs. This agile role embraces flexible working, but as a Strategic OD Lead, youll be expected to spend regular time in our Grimsby and Boston offices, fostering relationships and maintaining visibility across the organisation. What Were Looking For Significant experience in organisational development, culture change, or leadership development. Proven track record of delivering culture change at a strategic level. Strong understanding of leadership development, learning strategies, and behaviour change. Expertise in coaching, organisational development, or change leadership.
