We’re looking for an experienced content writer to research and develop a B2B lead magnet and supporting content to promote our Leadership & Management programmes, which are aimed at Learning and Development HR professionals for upskilling and training their existing staff. This campaign will target different sectors in the UK (such as manufacturing, health, finance, public sector, etc.), but for a start, we are asking for one industry, with a view to extending that further if the approach and content are right. Tasks: - Research - we will need someone to research key challenges within industry's HR department, highlighting benefits for companies that overcome these issues and identifying why previous solutions may have fallen short. We will provide some of our case studies, testimonials, and useful information about our programme. - Lead Magnet Creation - develop a compelling content piece (e.g., eBook, white paper, research or cheat sheet) that shows how to overcome some of these challenges - specific to that said industry. It needs to look professional and be of good value. - Email Campaign Creation - write an engaging intro email and a follow-up that describes the challenges faced, encouraging interest and providing some of the solutions through said Lead Magnet.
