Role Overview
The role of the Business Development Manager Contract Kitchens will involve:
1. Contract business development selling our client's manufactured range of contract kitchens.
2. Focusing on PBSA, student accommodation, PRS, and build-to-rent marketplace.
3. Engaging with tier 1 contractors such as MACE, Skanska, Grahams, Galliford Try, Kier, GMI.
4. Managing incoming high-rise leads.
5. Expected to achieve a turnover of circa £2m once established.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal applicant will be a Business Development Manager with:
1. Experience in the PBSA, student accommodation, PRS, and build-to-rent marketplace.
2. Strong communication skills at all levels.
3. Charisma, professionalism, and confidence.
4. IT literacy.
