We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Data Analyst to join our Group Business MI Team on a full time, permanent basis. This role will be based in Liverpool Matchworks office and will offer hybrid working.
Reporting to the Business MI Manager, you will manage your own projects from data gathering to final product sign off and maintenance. Utilising your knowledge and experience, you will find the most efficient and effective way of managing, visualising and maintaining data from all data across the business.
The standard hours of work are based on 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday.
You will be responsible for:
* Dealing with queries, updates and troubleshooting
* Adhering to the team weekly and monthly reporting schedules
* Managing your own projects from data review to final sign off
* Communicating with key stakeholders and various levels of management
* Working with the senior data analyst to knowledge share on new technologies and ways of working
* Finding the most efficient and effective ways to manage data, visualise and maintain
* Sticking to deadlines by managing workload and time frames through key milestones
We want to hear from you if you have:
* Experience in Microsoft applications including Excel
* Experience of maintaining and updating reports
* Experience in using SQL, Power BI and Power App
* Experience with troubleshooting any data or dashboard issues
* Managing your own projects and workload
* Excellent problem-solving skills
* Proactive mindset
