* Participate in school initiatives andprograms aimed at raising awareness of mental health issuespromoting a positive school culture that prioritizes studentwellbeing
Experience&Qualifications
* Previousexperience in mental health support pastoral care or a relatedfield is preferred particularly within an educationalsetting
* A compassionate and calm approach tosensitive issues with the ability to create a safe and trustingenvironment for students to express theirfeelings
* Strong interpersonal skills enablingeffective communication and collaboration with students staff andparents
* Excellent problemsolving skills and theability to adapt to the varying needs of students in differentemotional states
* A current and clearEnhanced DBS check is essential toensure the safety and security of allstudents
