What we are looking for
We are looking for an experienced Financial Analyst to develop the financial and decision-support rigour to steer our fast-paced growth from a Finance perspective. You will have the opportunity to generate insights which drive our business strategy and deliver all aspects of financial planning and analysis, business support and evolve our financial modelling capabilities as we develop new offers and services.
Why we need this role
As we continue to grow, we are needing to expand the Finance Business Partner team to meet the financial reporting and business partnering requirements from the business. As the business continues to grow rapidly, there is an increasing requirement to have a robust reporting structure covering revenue and expense tracks as well as actively channel investments in the right areas by creating a feedback loop with various departments such as Go to Market, R&D, HR and G&A functions.

What will you be doing
* Transform Financial Data into Strategic Narratives: Craft and deliver insightful, end-to-end financial narratives, converting complex data (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flows) into compelling stories that reveal key trends and drive strategic decision-making.
* Architect a Forward-Looking Financial Blueprint: Design and implement a sophisticated, long-term financial model that empowers our leadership team to make impactful, data-driven strategic choices and chart our company's future trajectory.
* Fuel Innovation and Growth through Strategic Partnership: Collaborate closely with R&D (Product & Engineering) and Go-to-Market (Sales & Growth) teams, providing financial expertise and guidance to optimize resource allocation, accelerate revenue growth, and drive product development.
* Spearhead Operational Excellence and Drive Transformative Initiatives: Lead the charge in streamlining financial processes and driving continuous improvement across the organization, leveraging process automation to unlock efficiency and elevate overall performance.
* Build a World-Class Business Finance Centre of Excellence: Evolve our reporting capabilities and establish a premier Business Finance Centre of Excellence, shaping the future of financial leadership within our organization.
Minimum Requirements
* 3-5 years of experience building financial models and owning budgeting / cost analysis.
* Extensive experience in building budgets from scratch, establishing effective policies and procedures, implementing cost controls, and monitoring ongoing spend.
* Experience developing reports based on ERP systems (NetSuite preferred).
* Strong analytical and modelling skills (proven prior experience).
* Proven ability to identify areas to improve and drive forward efficiencies.
Other requirements
* MBA / Masters (Early Careers) in Management or Finance would be preferred.
* Corporate Finance, Investment Banking or Consulting background preferred.
* SQL knowledge would be advantageous.
