This is a contract opportunity to start within the next 2-4 weeks. This role will require 2 days per week in the London office (on Central Line).

Job Description:
We are seeking a Network Engineer with specialist skills in Infoblox to lead a crucial DNS migration and infrastructure re-design project. This role involves migrating services from a legacy Infoblox platform into a newer, live environment and implementing improvements to support public-facing DNS requirements.
You’ll be joining a technical team within a globally recognised media organisation responsible for some of the most critical IP and broadcast systems in the industry.
Key Responsibilities
* Migrate services from a legacy Infoblox system into a current, active Infoblox deployment.
* Redesign the existing architecture to enable secure external DNS hosting.
* Consolidate DNS, DHCP, and IPAM data across systems.
* Configure Infoblox to fully support Active Directory DNS integration.
* Collaborate across infrastructure and security teams to ensure smooth rollout and adoption.
* Maintain documentation and deliver handovers for operational teams.
Essential Skills & Experience
* Deep, hands-on experience with Infoblox, including migration, design, and administration.
* Strong knowledge of DNS, DHCP, and IPAM, especially within enterprise-scale environments.
* Experience with Active Directory-integrated DNS configurations.
* Proven experience handling complex network transformation projects.
* Ability to work independently in a dynamic technical environment.
Desirable Skills
* Configuration and operational knowledge of Juniper and Brocade network devices.
* Familiarity with Infoblox automation/API scripting tools (e.g., Python).
* Exposure to media or broadcast-related networking is a bonus (not essential)
