We are looking for a part time Programme Co-ordinator to join Devon Training Hub for a 12-month fixed term contract. The role will provide administrative support, ensuring the Programmes run smoothly and efficiently. This role is a key part of the Training Hub which supports and develops Primary Care staff to support their retention and development within the NHS.
Main duties of the job
1. Administrative support for the Programme Managers, acting as one of the main points of contact for primary care staff.
2. Administrative support for the regional HEFT Lead.
3. Support development of webinars, training and education materials for the Programme team.
4. Co-ordinate the data collection from the Team and formulate ready for presentation.

Job Description: Programme Co-ordinator
Base and Service: Devon Training Hub Main base is at Plymouth Science Park, Derriford, Plymouth, Devon PL6 8BT. There may be a need to travel to various locations to ensure the smooth running of the delivery of the programme.
Reports to (Line Manager): Programme Manager
Accountable to (Professionally/managerially): Programme Lead/Manager
Dimensions and Context of Role
The post holder will be part of a comprehensive administrative support service to Devon Training Hub which covers the whole of Devon. The post holder will contribute to working in a team and participate in the cover arrangements during sickness or holidays of other administrative staff.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities of the Post
The postholder will provide administrative support to the Training Hub Programme Team ensuring that programmes are developed and delivered to schedule and will liaise with the Programme Team and participants.
The role will:
1. Provide administration support for the programme team including arranging meetings, including Microsoft Teams meetings, taking minutes of meetings and preparing agendas in advance to distribute.
2. Support development of webinars, training and education materials for the DTH Programme team.
3. Co-ordinate the data collection from the Programme Team and formulate ready for presentation for reporting.
4. Act as a central point of contact for people trying to contact the DTH Programme Team.
5. May work without direct supervision but with access to the Programme Lead and the wider Training Hub Team.
Training and Development
1. Assist with the induction of new staff, both administrative and clinical regarding Departmental Policies, procedures and IT Systems.
2. The post-holder will be required to attend training courses, including mandatory courses, which may be identified as part of his/her PDP.
3. To contribute positively to team meetings, bringing relevant issues to the meeting, assisting with the development of the service and assisting with projects identified by the teams.
4. To attend regular 1-1 meetings with Programme Manager/Lead.

Qualifications
* NVQ Level 2/3 Business Administration (or equivalent) is essential.
* Degree level education is desirable.
Experience
* Experience of working in training and development.

* Survey Monkey.
* Power BI.
* Experience of working with training & development with NHSE.
