About Gnomes: Gnomes is a family-run business that’s been a part of the local ski community since 1983. We’re known for our exceptional customer service and expertise in ski equipment and boot fitting. Many of our staff return season after season because of the positive work environment and the chance to be part of something special.
The Role: In this role, you’ll be helping customers with rental gear fittings, selling ski accessories and clothing, processing online orders, and keeping the store running smoothly. The key to success in this job is providing excellent customer service with a friendly and helpful attitude, even when things get busy!
Location: Darfield, for the winter season (early June to October), opportunity for earlier start for the right candidate.

What We’re Looking For:
* Applicants must be skiers and passionate about skiing.
* Availability to work weekends.
* Previous retail or sales experience is a bonus, but not essential.
* Snow sports rental experience is helpful, but not required.
* Snow sports experience is an advantage.
* A team player who is eager to learn and contribute.
* Good time management and responsibility.
* A commitment to providing excellent customer service.
