They are currently seeking a Destination Experiences Administrator to join their growing, passionate team. The successful candidate will become an integral member of the team, contributing to the overall success of developing a new cruise brand. They will provide administrative support to the wider product team, assisting with constructing and implementing a comprehensive Destination Experience programme. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and impeccable organisation. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced, varied work environment, and has a genuine passion for travel. Duties to include but not limited to… Actioning all pre-cruise correspondence enquiries - including emails, live chats, and telephone calls Ensuring all Destination Experience information is accurately uploaded onto the relevant operating systems Maintaining excellent communication with the Product Team, ensuring the appropriate follow-up emails are delivered after the completion of each cruise Managing waitlists for Destination Experiences, and notifying guests of any changes Producing invoice templates Monitoring pre-registration sales Preparing and monitoring accuracy of Port Information Other adhoc duties as and when required to support the product & wider teams Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 5:30pm (office based 3 days a week, with 2 days from home after training).
