The Energy Supermarket is currently looking for multiple Outbound Sales Staff to add to their established team. The Role
As an Outbound Sales Consultant, you’ll be responsible for making outbound calls to businesses in the UK and Ireland. You’ll be helping small to medium-sized businesses secure a better deal on their energy contracts, using a consultative approach to help them with a wide range of options to meet their needs.
* Making high volume outbound calls whilst working to specific KPI targets. You will look to establish your prospect’s needs and match them with a product that meets those needs.
* Working alongside an experienced consultant to provide opportunities which will be quoted and closed by them. Any derived commission will be shared equally between you both.
* Liaising with energy providers to source any missing information about your prospects’ accounts.
* Maintaining account management data within our CRM platform.
* Achieving daily, weekly, and monthly targets and KPIs around talk time, created opportunities, and revenue.

Pay: £24,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
