Talent Acquisition Partner
Location: Witney, Oxfordshire (On-site with flexibility to work from home when needed)
Salary: £40,000 per annum plus bonus opportunity & benefits
Reed HR are pleased to partner with a long-standing client as they seek an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join their growing team. This role is crucial in sourcing and engaging top talent, contributing significantly to their people strategy. The successful candidate will work closely with hiring managers and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless recruitment process and an engaging candidate experience that reflects the organisation's unique culture.
Day-to-day of the role:
* Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders including HR Managers, L&D, Supervisors, Managers, Heads of Departments, Senior Leadership, and Executives.
* Liaise with hiring managers to fully understand recruitment needs, ensuring role requirements are accurately gathered.
* Directly source candidates through search and headhunting activities.
* Tailor advertising to maximise SEO/EVP on a role-by-role basis.
* Provide support, advice, and guidance on talent acquisition best practices.
* Ensure best-in-class candidate and hiring manager journeys.
* Maintain up-to-date industry knowledge relevant to recruitment.
* Contribute to the delivery of OKRs/KPIs such as time to hire, hire cost, and recruitment survey feedback.
* Maintain HRIS/ATS with current and accurate data.
* Utilise data to drive decisions and report trends/focus areas to the wider business/HR team.
* Build and maintain strong relationships across the business and with external connections.
* Complete administrative tasks supporting the talent acquisition process.
* Attend weekly meetings with stakeholders and submit weekly recruitment reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
* Experience in talent acquisition or recruitment (3 – 5 years).
* Experience in developing or improving recruitment processes and tools.
* High attention to detail and ability to manage a diverse workload.
* Credibility in dealing with both candidates and stakeholders.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Experience with ATS and familiarity with early careers recruitment is advantageous.
* CIPD and/or REC qualification would be a plus.
