Client & Compliance Assistant
Location: Gloucestershire - Stroud or Gloucester
Hours: Full-time (Monday to Friday)

Due to continued growth, our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join their team as a Client & Compliance Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the client onboarding process, ensuring compliance, and assisting with various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities of a Client & Compliance Assistant:
1. Add new client information to the case management system, open matters and document wallets, and produce initial client care documentation.
2. Assist with client identification, AML checks, conflict searches, and source of funds documentation.
3. Schedule and manage Deeds and Will Requests following firm procedures.
4. Handle enquiries and quotes, liaising with clients and directing them to the appropriate departments.
5. Assist with scanning, copying, and archiving of documents, as well as managing end-of-matter procedures in the case management system.
6. Support reception and undertake other administrative tasks as needed.
Key Skills of a Client & Compliance Assistant:
1. Experience in a similar administrative or client onboarding role within a professional services or legal environment is preferred.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
3. Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
4. Confident, proactive, and team-focused.
5. Flexible and adaptable to change while providing care and attention to deliver the best service to clients.
6. Organised with the ability to use initiative in managing tasks.
7. IT proficient with experience in using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and preferably experience in using case management software.
