A leading independent media agency is looking for an AV specialist to play a key role in shaping campaign strategy, managing media partnerships, and ensuring measurable success for clients. With a strong reputation in the industry, this agency works across TV, Out of Home, Radio, Paid Social, PPC, and more—delivering data-driven advertising solutions that make an impact.
What you’ll be doing:
• Developing and delivering broadcast media plans from start to finish.
• Managing, optimising, and tracking campaign performance.
• Leading and mentoring junior team members.
• Using Adalyser to track and report on campaign effectiveness.
• Identifying new opportunities and sharing insights across the agency.
• Presenting reports to clients and key stakeholders.
• Building strong relationships with media owners to optimise schedules.
What we’re looking for:
• Strong knowledge of TV and VOD planning and buying.
• Experience with CARIA, DDS, and Adalyser (or similar tools).
• At least 2 years’ experience in a TV planning and/or buying role.
• A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and client-facing abilities.
• Confidence in presenting and working with data.
• Strong skills in Keynote, Excel, Word, and Google Workspace.
• Ability to manage time effectively and work both independently and as part of a team.
