Role : Marketing Executive - Tooling, Garage Equipment & Promotions Company : Alliance Automotive Group Reporting Line : Ian Taylor –Marketing Executive Position : Full Time Start Date : ASAP Locations: Manchester The role: Multi-channel marketing will be a day-to-day occurrence whilst manag ing numerous projects at any given time ; a key skill you will need to succeed within this role. Our tooling portfolio is constantly growing and the c andidate will be t he go-to person for our key g arage e quipment & t ooling brands as we develop our portfolio and service offering. Y ou will oversee our product marketing, ATL and BTL marketing and PR processes including targeted digital marketing, events, launch campaigns & social media advertising. Tooling is a product area very much sold at a local level so B2C marketing and execution is fundamental to the marketing mix. As a key sponsor of British Touring Car team NAPA Racing UK through tooling brand Carlyle Tools, there are fantastic opportunities to leverage this in a marketing environment. Messaging is key, and your ability to sell the story of our brands and ranges is what makes this role exciting and unique. Top Level Responsibilities Managing the marketing plan including: Campaign & promotions planning & delivery Reporting Planning integrated digital marketing campaigns, owning all channels including Social Media Website content Email marketing Stakeholder management Keeping all stakeholders informed of all activity is a key part of this role in what is an ever-growing business Liaising with design teams on projects Taking the lead in forums for ideas / initiatives and future marketing opportunities Copywriting Creating engaging content that is optimised for web, print and social channels Attendance & representation at events such as trade shows, garage workouts & BTCC race events Requirements : Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a relevant marketing role Experience working with external stakeholders Knowledge of digital marketing, including email marketing & social media Desirable : Prior knowledge of mechanical tools (not essential) Marketing degree or equivalent Experience working in the automotive industry (not essential) Not the right fit?
