A small family run provider with four Homes across Lancashire, Nottinghamshire and Lincolnshire. We provide a blend of Nursing and Residential Care across 155 Beds. Responsibilities:
* Assist in the assessment of the effectiveness of maintenance implementation and delivery
* Implement actions to meet and maintain maintenance standards
* Systematically solve day-to-day problematical issues which arise
* Ensure the service users’ rights are protected
* Promote and protect the welfare of those individuals supported by the service
Building Maintenance Skills:
* Plumbing, joinery, plastering skills
* Painting and decorating skills
* Basic knowledge of electrics
* Health and safety knowledge pertaining to building maintenance
Job Type: 40 hours contract
Salary: From £12.25 per hour
Schedule:
* Day shift
* Monday to Friday - Some Weekend Call Outs

* GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
