My client is a well-established PLC working with some of the world's largest companies across various sectors. In a new role for the business, they are seeking an ambitious FP&A Manager to play a critical part in their financial strategy and decision-making processes, particularly regarding cashflow improvement.
Description
1. Design and build accurate and timely cashflow forecasting and budgeting models, including scenario analysis to demonstrate business levers.
2. Develop and establish a regular cadence of cashflow reporting, providing timely and accurate reports, variance analysis, and insights to the Finance Leadership Team and wider Executive Leadership Team.
3. Act as the ambassador for improving cash flow; partner with credit risk, commercial finance, Finance operations, accounting, and other stakeholders to demonstrate the importance of optimized cash.
4. Ensure month-end cash reporting is accurate and timely, and prepare reports for Monthly Business Reviews with the Group CEO & CFO.
5. Own the Cashflow Improvement workstream, a key initiative within the strategic plan, sponsored by the Finance Director, monitoring the impact of action plans to ensure cash benefits are realized and working capital and interest costs are optimized.
6. Manage cashflow improvement strategies within the overall program, collaborating with key stakeholders across the business.
Profile
* CIMA, ACCA, ACA qualification or equivalent.
* Proven experience in cashflow planning and analysis.
* Experience in a global and fast-growing organization.
* Extensive understanding of working capital and cashflow.
* Exceptional cashflow modeling, forecasting, and reporting skills.
* Experience in improving cashflow through initiatives and stakeholder collaboration.
* Ability to translate financial data into actionable insights to drive growth and profitability.
* Strong analytical skills to interpret complex financial data, identify key trends, and propose effective solutions.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
