The Role: We are seeking a Senior/Principal Recruitment Consultant with expertise in technology recruitment to join our collaborative team. This role offers the opportunity to leverage our established client base and work alongside a great team of professionals on a dual desk, while expanding your market knowledge, growing opportunities within existing accounts and mentoring junior team members. In this role you will: Leverage your network and expertise: Source and place high-calibre candidates within Financial Services or Professional Services markets, maintaining a strong focus on client requirements and candidate fit. Foster strong client relationships: Understand client needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions. Drive business development: Expand our client base, identify new opportunities, and grow existing accounts. Collaborate closely: Work with colleagues and clients to ensure seamless recruitment processes and exceptional candidate experiences. Engage proactively: Utilize our extensive candidate network to effectively match talent with client needs, driving successful placements and long-term partnerships. Take a senior role: Mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support to help them grow and succeed in their roles.
