What skills and experience we're looking for
• Knowledge and experience of working in a Science laboratory
• Knowledge and understanding of Health and Safety requirements
• Prior relevant experience of working in a school
• Strong ICT skills
• Responsible and conscientious approach to Health and Safety
• Efficient and organised: independent and effective in time management
• Proven commitment to developing professionally and to learning new things
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Willing to be flexible and adaptable
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Evidence of resilience when working effectively under pressure
• First aid training or the willingness to undertake it
• Appropriate level of Literacy and Numeracy skills, equivalent to Level 2 or above
• Relevant Level 3 qualification

The hours of duty are 8.15am to 3:30pm Monday to Friday with an unpaid break of 30 minutes.
