About The Role:
We are working with a renowned, large architecture practice that has built an outstanding international reputation for its design-led approach across a diverse, multidisciplinary portfolio. They are currently seeking a Quality Manager to join their team on a permanent basis at their Central London office.
In this role, you will take the lead in implementing and overseeing quality control processes and risk assessments throughout the practice. Your focus will be to ensure all deliverables consistently meet or exceed expectations, aligning with ISO standards, environmental regulations, and broader practice goals. Collaborating closely with Senior Leadership, Project Leads, and wider team members, you will play a pivotal role in fostering clear and effective communication at every stage of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Ensure compliance with ISO (9001, 14001, and 19650) standards across projects and processes
2. Oversee audits, internal reviews, and root cause analysis to address nonconformities and drive improvements
3. Monitor environmental practices, legal requirements, and sustainability initiatives
4. Set and evaluate quality and environmental objectives aligned with business goals
5. Refine project documentation processes to ensure delivery of verified, high-quality outputs
6. Champion and provide training on Deltek PIM for project management and resource efficiency
7. Supervise administrative functions, ensuring adherence to quality standards
8. Support the office manager with supplier data for quality and environmental systems
9. Provide ad hoc administrative support as needed
Key Skills/Requirements:
1. Previous experience managing ISO 9001 and 14001 Quality and Environmental Management Systems
2. Skilled in audits, risk assessments, and overseeing quality control processes of environmental regulations and sustainable practices
3. Knowledge of environmental regulations and sustainable practices
4. Proficient in identifying process issues, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing solutions
5. Excellent communication skills for working with teams, management, and auditors
6. Leadership experience in supporting teams and improving documentation processes
7. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and Deltek PIM (or related)
8. Familiarity with EDMS (e.g. Aconex, Viewpoint)
